1Put ghee into a wok or large frying pan and heat until shimmering.ghee: 2 tbsp

2Add beef (cubed) and stir-fry until browned.beef (cubed): 1 kg

3Add onion (chopped) and ginger (chopped) and stir-fry for 2 minutes.onion (chopped): 2, ginger (chopped): 1 inch piece

4Add garlic (crushed) , ground coriander , cumin , turmeric , chilli powder and garam masala .garlic (crushed): 2 cloves, ground coriander: 1 tbsp, cumin: 1 tbsp, turmeric: 1 tsp, chilli powder: 1 tsp, garam masala: 1/2 tsp

5Stir-fry for 1 minute.

6Add chopped tomatoes and beef stock .chopped tomatoes: 1 400g can, beef stock: 1/2 c

7Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and simmer for ⏱️ 15 minutes .

8Add natural yogurt and stir through.natural yogurt: 4 tbsp

9Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.salt, ground black pepper

10Serve with warmed naan and extra yogurt.naan
